Early childhood program waterloo

What to expect in our Whole Brain Education - Early Childhood Program Waterloo?

Waterloo parents with young kids can expect a session full of brain work in our Early childhood Program. To keep the children engaged, 15-20 fast pace activities will be facilitated during a session of 45 - 60 minutes. For example, a whole brain education session is fun and educational with more than 250 flashcards of more than 15 topics. There are early learning academic activities such as listening to educational audios, music appreciation, movement songs, story telling act and STEM science subjects. Our facilitators are well trained in whole-brain training techniques, with passion for early learning and inspiration to make your kids potential leaders.

For infants and toddlers program (early childhood curriculum):

  • most training activities focus on building meaningful “input pathways” and "bridges" between left brain and right brain. We do this via positive affirmations, loving contact with your child, visualization and mental image building, speedplay with high quality right brain education flashcards, and listening to general knowledge, foreign languages (Mandarin) or uplifting/classical music. Furthermore, we have eye exercises to strengthen their eyesight. With regards to overall health, we offer movement games to boost the children’s physical growth, especially for high sensory seeking children.

For preschoolers, kindergarten program (early childhood curriculum):

  • on top of the above input activities, we facilitate everything to do with “thinking” for their brain to make output pathways and flex their analytical skills. Sorting, matching, sequencing, counting, and puzzle in a more complex level than previous stages. Additionally, we present them with simple science experiments, Montessori practical life lessons on how to use tongs, spoon, water pouring etc to prepare them for writing and drawing.
  • With regards to right brain education, activities such as photographic memory, observation training, and various memory games make up a big part of this phase. Speed reading and speed listing are special in our method in this stage to challenge confident readers. Workbook is a part for this age group to reinforce new knowledge or knowledge they learn from elementary public school. Yes children have home work.

In any early childhood education curricullum, we don’t forget music, art and craft to maintain the activeness of the right brain's creativity. Kids also learn social skills such as table manners, good habits, team work like learning to take turns etc in order to help shape great characters for our future leaders.

After each session, teachers will share with parents class activities and suggestions for home practice. Questions are welcome here.

What to expect in our first 1:1 Program Tour:
