The Analysts

At Smartizen, our preschool learning class —lovingly called The Analysts—is thoughtfully tailored for children ages 4 to 6 who are preparing for kindergarten or junior kindergarten. Furthermore, this program builds on your child’s early brain development journey and fosters a deep love for learning through play, logic, and creativity.

We know this is a pivotal age—when your child is naturally curious, observant, and ready to take on more structured thinking. Consequently, the Waterloo preschool JK learning program blends both right brain and left brain stimulation in a nurturing, child-led environment.

What Makes This Preschool Brain Development Class Special?

In this class, your child continues strengthening their right brain abilities (like memory, imagination, intuition, and photographic recall) while adding in left brain development like:

  • Numeracy and basic math

  • Logical reasoning and analytical thinking

  • Communication and vocabulary expansion

  • Problem-solving and independent learning skills

  • Good manners

Our goal is to activate both hemispheres of the brain to create smarter children with incredible brain development. As a result, your JK kids become more balanced thinkers, ultimately children who are confident and excited for school and are purpose-driven in life.

JK Class Details

  • Age Group: 4 to 6 years old

  • Eligibility: Completion of the Explorers Course

  • Group Size: Small group of just 5 children

  • Facilitator: 2 trained facilitators per group—no parent accompaniment needed

  • Schedule: 60-minute session, once a week, 42 weeks per year

This small group structure ensures your preschooler receives focused attention and gentle encouragement from trusted facilitators who truly understand early childhood development.
