Our School Fee and Service Fee

We do our best to keep our tuition fees affordable to as many families as possible. Parents will get a receipt in order to claim tax refund for kids's school fee.

• Our monthly school fee covers 6 terms in a school year or 42 lessons with the cost distributed evenly for each month.
• You are not charged tuition for the weeks that we are closed.  Our holiday calendar aligns with school holidays. Please see our Schedule page.
• There is no hidden fee
• Cancel anytime with 1 month notice
• Sibling discount* 10% but no combined discount 
• Bundle discount for other service (our students get 10% discount of Sensory play session)
• Refer a friend to Whole Brain Education Program - you AND your friend get $25 off the first month
  
• Payment method : E-transfer to info@smartizen.ca within 1 day of registration. Credit card (+3%) to pay via a secured link 
• Cancelation: No questions asked before 30 days to get refund , 10% admin fee applied. No cancelation after 30 days. Credits can be used in future programs like Summer Camp or Kids Events or French Classes or transfer to other students.
