Rabia Kausar - Teacher

With over 5 years of dedicated experience working with children, Rabia Kausar is a passionate bilingual teacher at Smartizen. Her blend of experience, bilingual skills, and specialized training makes her an invaluable asset to Smartizen.
  • Prior to Smartizen, Rabia was leading French sessions for Kindergraten to Grade 7-8 at INNOVOAK SCHOOL. In addition, she was Educational Assistant at Laurel Wood Public School for there Infants and Toddlers programs. Furthermore, she has excelled as a French Teacher at Learning Lingos and a French content creator, showcasing her innovative approach to language instruction.
  • Rabia holds an Advanced Diploma in French Language (B2 Level), ensuring she delivers high-quality French education. Her Bachelor’s in Social Work and Community Services Management from Conestoga College equips her with the skills to address each child's unique needs effectively. Joining our team, Rabia is certified in Right Brain Education for Infants, Toddlers, and Preschool Programs.

Safa Bkhairia- French teacher

Safa is a dedicated French teacher with over 5 years of experience, holding a Fundamental License from the Higher Institute of Human Sciences, Tunis.

She specializes in Language, Civilization, and French Literature. As a result, she brings a deep understanding of French language and culture to her teaching. Safa prepares students for DELF exams at levels A1, A2, B1, and B2. Furthermore, she has extensive experience assisting Federal Government employees with their Second Language Evaluation tests.

She also supports students in the IB French program . She focuses on enhancing their conversation, reading, writing, listening, and pronunciation skills through interactive and tailored lessons.

Vivian Nguyen - Digital Marketing Specialist (Staff)

Vivian is an accomplished Senior Digital Marketing Specialist with a passion for early education and a successful track record of building brands and digital footprint.

Vivan has 6 years of expeirence specializing in strategic campaign optimization and user acquisition across digital channels. Vivian excels in leveraging social media platforms to drive high ROI. As a result, Vivian brings expertise in maximizing campaign effectiveness and brand growth.

Sujay Ramesh - IT Administrator

Sujay holds an MBA degree from New York Technology Institute and a Bachelor's degree major in Engineering. He has been working in tech for the past 15 years, from consulting companies to bank sector.

Currently Sujay is a Senior Scrum Master for TD Securities. He excels in performing internal and external research to understand developer and user needs. He ensures highest alignment with industry trends to continually improve the platform.

Tham Nguyen - Founder

Tham, the visionary founder of Smartizen, brings a wealth of experience and passion to our mission. Professionally, Tham holds a Bachelor's in Applied Linguistics (English major) and a Master's in Human Resources Management (minor in Psychology) from the University of Westminster, London, UK. She has forged a distinguished career as a Principal Human Resources Professional at multinational tech giants like Shopify Inc and Uber Inc. spanning 13 years.

Having received education in Vietnam, the US, and the UK before settling in Canada, Tham is committed to revolutionizing early childhood education. Tham was trained and certified in right brain education for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. She has applied these techniques firsthand with her own daughter over 5 years. Tham's vision for Smartizen is rooted in spreading the magic of whole brain education, nurturing a love for learning, and shaping future leaders.

Tham's leadership roles at top tech companies and her educational credentials demonstrate her expertise in fostering a conductive learning environment for children.
